Day 12- Meetings at Work

Monday September 28th, 2009

I got to work around 10 am today. As soon as I walked in, we started a meeting. It was basically an office meeting between my boss and my co-workers. We are planning a very big conference, which will be the first conference held at our center. It will be called the First Annual Entrepreneurship Conference. Basically, we have A LOT of work ahead of us! Very important people will be coming and attending, and therefore it has to be very well planned.

Afterwards, we had a bigger meeting with all the other committees involved in preparing for this conference. It was long, but very informative. I know it’s going to be a lot of work, but at the same time I’m very much looking forward to it.

I came home and went to visit Kristi and Karoomi for a little bit. I usually can’t wait to come home just to go see him! Maybe I didn’t mention this before, but my brother, his wife, and their little baby boy live in the same apartment building us, so we are practically neighbors. So, almost every day after work, I would stop by before going home to see the baby! I just love him so, so, so, so much!

We went to Hyper Panda, which is like a huge grocery store/clothes/house ware… kind of like a Super Wal-Mart. Afterwards, we went to this very nice furniture store called IDdesign that sells dishes as well and I got some plates and some bowls there were on sale.
